Alert Issued For Man Missing For Week From NY Police in Westchester are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing elderly man who suffers from dementia. Raul Ruiz, 82, has been missing since Friday, July 18, the Yonkers Police Department said in an announcement on Friday, July 25.  He was last seen wearing a black jacket, green shirt, black pants, and brown shoes. He is around 5 feet tall and walks with a cane. 2 Victims Lose $20K To Scammers Asking For Cash In Shoebox In Hudson Valley: Sheriff Two men have been arrested in separate incidents after allegedly attempting to scam elderly residents in Putnam County out of tens of thousands of dollars, authorities announced.
