Middletown Man Pretended To Be Engineer, Approved Plans, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was busted for the unauthorized practice of a profession for allegedly representing himself as an engineer. Orange County resident William Sattler, age 64, of Middletown, was charged by New York State Police on Thursday, Sept. 26.
