Former Middletown Police Commissioner Vic Lomascolo Dies Former Middletown Police Commissioner Chief Victor Joseph Lomascolo died at home on Thursday, May 24. He was 89. A Middletown resident, Lomascolo was also a volunteer fireman who served the city of Middletown for 65 years and leaves a legacy of recognizing potential and providing encouragement support and direction for others.
