Here's Latest Timing For Pre-Thanksgiving Storm Bringing Rain, Snow, Gusty Winds To Region A clearer picture is coming into focus of the timing of a pre-Thanksgiving storm system that will bring heavy rain and strong gusty winds to the entire region and snowfall in some areas. The storm is now expected to arrive Sunday evening, Nov. 21. Rainfall is expected to be heavy at times overnight into Monday, Nov. 22. Woman Accused Of Driving Stolen Van To Police Headquarters In Northern Westchester A 74-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly driving a van reported stolen in Vermont to a police department in New York, in Northern Westchester County.  The Yorktown Police Department reported that the Vermont resident has been charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. All together, M&T plus People’s, there will be 1,100 branches and more than 2,000 ATMs across 12 states, M&T said in an announcement. The combined banks have $200 billion in assets.
