Man Accused Of Biting, Assaulting Deputy After Crash In Hudson Valley A man has been charged with allegedly biting and assaulting a deputy attempting to arrest him following a crash in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County, in the town of LaGrange, at around 12 a.m. on Monday, July 29. According to Captain John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, Jordon A. Robin, age 27, of Poughkeepsie, was charged in connection with an auto accident investigation and subsequent assault. Acupuncturist Accused Of Sexually Abusing Patient In Area An acupuncturist at an area facility has been accused of sexually abusing a patient. Dutchess County resident Detlef F. Wolf, 78, of Hyde Park, while working as an acupuncturist at the Acupuncture and Wellness Center located on Titusville Road in the town of LaGrange is alleged to have sexually abused the patient, state police said on Sunday, Sept. 6.
