Going Once: Hotel In Hudson Valley To Be Sold At Auction After several years of being operated by a management company, a popular, well-appointed Hudson Valley hotel is being auctioned next month. According to Ten-X, the 121-room Holiday Inn Express in Dutchess County on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie will be auctioned on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The company-owned property was originally put up for sale in 2020, but it was pulled due to the pandemic and market plunges.  Ten-X says the property is offered unencumbered by management and debt. Sold! Two Platinum Mile Buildings Go For $14.75M In Westchester A commercial landlord has expanded his influence along Westchester's "Platinum Mile" with a $14.75 million purchase. Robert Weisz, founder and CEO of RPW Group of Rye Brook, said his company bought two Class A office buildings at 925-1025 Westchester Ave. on the border of West Harrison and White Plains.
