Citing data from niche.com that includes standardized test scores, teacher quality, spending, and other factors, NewYorkUpstate.com compiled the 50 highest scoring school districts across upstate. The study only contains data from districts in upstate New York, which was deemed any municipality north of Westchester and Rockland counties.
