New Windsor Woman Charged With DWI Following Rollover Crash A New Windsor woman was arrested for DWI following a rollover crash in which she was injured, according to New Windsor police. Police found Yajaira Rosa, 26, around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday trying to climb out of the passenger's side window when they arrived on the scene in the area of Little Britain Road and Station Road, said Lt.  Michael Farbent.  Rosa, who was the only person in the vehicle, had lost control of her vehicle, causing it to rollover landing on the driver's side, Farbent said.
