Passenger From Sandy Hook Arrested At Bradley After Creating Disturbance On Flight, Police Say A 31-year-old Sandy Hook man was arrested for creating a disturbance on an inbound flight to Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, state police announced Thursday. The incident occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 16 when BIA dispatch was notified by Air Traffic Control of the disturbance on a flight due to land in about 10 minutes.
