Man Accused Of Fraudulently Purchasing $1K In Items At Rockland Store
A 35-year-old man has been charged with grand larceny after allegedly using a business credit card to purchase more than $1,000 in goods at a local store. Diego Calleja-Torres, of the Bronx, was arrested on Thursday, May 28, by Orangetown Police for allegedly making the charges at a Rockland county store. According to Capt. A teen from Spring Valley is facing charges for attempted robbery after an incident at Lowe’s in Orangeburg, according to police. Orangeburg Police say they responded to a report of a dispute at Lowe’s Home Improvement, located at 206 Route 303 in the Hamlet of Orangeburg. Intoxicated Man With Suspended License Charged With Burglary In Orangeburg, Police Say
An intoxicated man with a suspended license was charged with burglary after an incident in Orangeburg, according to police. Orangetown Police say they responded to 121 Route 303 in the Hamlet of Orangeburg on the report of a suspicious person and vehicle. Further investigation revealed that a town employee observed the suspect, identified as 51-year-old Joseph Ottomanelli of River Vale, New Jersey, climbing a fence and entering the closed grounds of the Organic Recycling Center, police say. Man Charged With Rape After Incident At Hotel In Orangeburg, Police Say
A 34-year-old area man was arrested for rape Thursday after turning himself into Orangetown Police detectives. Felix Francois of Spring Valley was charged with third-degree rape and sexual misconduct following an investigation into an incident that took place on Feb. 3 with a 20-year-old woman, said Orangetown Police Det.
