Fairfield County Catalytic Converter Thief Nabbed 5 Years Later In Upstate NY, Police Say A suspected catalytic converter thief from New York has been nabbed over five years later following an investigation that began in Connecticut and spanned two states and three counties. Jeraud Anthony, age 38, of the Bronx, was arrested on multiple charges Monday, Feb. 12, in connection with a stolen catalytic converter outside a business in Fairfield County. According to Darien Police, a woman contacted officers in September 2018 saying that someone had cut the catalytic converter off of her vehicle outside Darien Sport Shop on Post Road (Route 1). 22-Year-Old Man Shot Multiple Times In Westchester County, Police Say A Westchester County man is in the hospital after being shot multiple times, police said.  On Tuesday, Nov. 8 at around 1 p.m., police responded to a shooting in New Rochelle at 345 Main St. (Route 1), where they found one victim on the sidewalk who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, New Rochelle Police said.  First aid was then given to the victim, identified as a 22-year-old man from Mount Vernon, before he was transported to a hospital where he is now in stable condition, according to police.  Police said that the victim, whose name was not released, was the intended …
