Police have identified a teen who died from a stab wound during an incident in the Hudson Valley that left two others seriously injured. Orange County resident Destin Rabess, age 18, of Montgomery was killed around 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 12 in Port Jervis. One person is dead and two others are reportedly injured following a street melee in a Hudson Valley city. The incident took place in Orange County during the early morning hours on Wednesday, July 12 in Port Jervis, said the Port Jervis City Police Department. Police are searching for a man who allegedly fired multiple shots at another person before fleeing the area. The shooting took place in Orange County around 10:45 p.m., Saturday, April 4, on Ball Street at the intersection with Seward and Pennsylvania avenues in Port Jervis, police said.
