Orange County Drug Dealer Charged With Selling Cocaine To Undercover Agent An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer is behind bars after selling more than two ounces of cocaine to an undercover agent following an investigation. Orange County resident Enido Isaac Rumaldo, age 20, of Port Jervis, was charged in Port Jervis on Wednesday, Oct. 16. According to City of Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden, the investigation into Rumaldo was part of a multi-agency effort by the Orange County District Attorney's Office, the  Orange County Sheriff's Office, and the Orange County Drug Task Force.
