Troopers responded to two residences in the Cortlandt Manor area shortly after 10 p.m.on Monday, Aug. 26 for reports of mailboxes blown up. A third destroyed mailbox was reported in the Montrose area of Cortlandt on Monday, Sept 2. An investigation found Christopher M. Servedio, 19, and Kyle R. Nicholas Polao, of Cortlandt Manor, was struck at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16 on I-87 in Clarkstown. He was treated for his injuries and pronounced dead at Westchester Medical Center the following day. According to Michael Preziosi, director of the town’s Department of Technical Services, the unidentified employee in Cortlandt was attacked at her private residence.
