Missing Man Found Dead Near Hudson River After Train Hits Cruiser During Search
A law enforcement vehicle was sideswiped by a Metro-North train as deputies searched for a missing 26-year-old man who had been boating on the Hudson River over the weekend. The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the family of Andrew Tyler Neckles on Tuesday, Sept. 22 that it had not heard from him and he had not returned from a boat trip on the Hudson on Sunday, Sept. 20.
