Monticello Motorist Involved In Crash Among Four Locals Charged With DWI Four motorists in Orange County were among nine cited for driving while impaired in the Hudson Valley over the holiday season. Monticello resident James Rodriguez, 42, was arrested by state police on Dec. 19 after being involved in a motor vehicle crash in Mamakating.
