A Hudson Valley delivery man has been charged with assault as a hate crime following a dispute involving a food order. On Thursday, April 4, in Rockland County, Ramapo Police Department officers responded to Old Nyack Turnpike in Monseyafter receiving a report of the dispute. Four people were hospitalized after a 23-year-old Rockland County man drank and crashed his car into an SUV stopped at a red light in Pearl River, causing a chain reaction before the driver attempted to flee the area, police said.
