Reports Of An Unresponsive Driver Lead To Heroin Arrest In Stony Point A 32-year-old was busted for possession of heroin after police received reports of a driver sitting behind the wheel of his car unresponsive. Isaac Molina of Stony Point was arrested around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, after police responded to the intersection of Filors Lane and Central Highway for a report of a motorist sitting behind the wheel unresponsive, said Stony Point Police Lt.
