Three-Time Felon Nabbed On Multiple Gun, Weapons Charges In Area, Police Say A three-time convicted felon from the area was nabbed on numerous gun and drug charges following a warrant search. Sullivan County resident Malcolm Ford, age 57, of Liberty, was busted on Monday, Feb. 28, after the New York State Police Troop F Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at his home, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Hudson Valley Man Charged With Murder Of 28-Year-Old, Police Say Police have arrested a local man for a homicide that took place more than two years ago in the Hudson Valley.  Rockland County resident Jack Ramirez, age 20, of Spring Valley, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 16, in connection with the killing of a 28-year-old area man. According to the Spring Valley Police, Ramirez was nabbed following a two-year investigation into the killing on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, of Juvenson Paul who was found shot dead in a car. Trio Nabbed With Gun, Crack During Traffic Stop In Area, State Police Say Three people were arrested on alleged gun and drug charges following a traffic stop in the area by New York State Police. The arrests took place around 1:40 a.m.,  Tuesday, Aug. 3 in Orange County. Troopers stopped a 2019 Toyota Camry on South William Street in the city of Newburgh for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Tashe Jackson, age 33, from the City of Newburgh, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Trio Nabbed For Guns, Drugs After Neighbors Complain Of Drug Sales, Police Say Following complaints of drug sales taking place in a Rockland County neighborhood, three area residents were arrested on drugs and gun charges. Jenna Mazzella, 27, Anderson Jean, 36, and Richard Carpentieri (Knieriem), 34, all from Nanuet,  were arrested by Clarkstown Police on Thursday, Feb. 20, following the execution of a search warrant, said Clarkstown Police Officer Norman Peters.
