A 32-year-old Hudson Valley man has been charged with allegedly smothering his sister to death at their home. The Dutchess County District Attorney's office said the incident occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2021, at 58 Harts Village Road in the village of Millbrook. Mark Dedaj, of the village of Millbrook, was charged on Tuesday, Sept. 17, with the murder of Maureen Nelson-Lanzi, said Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi. An accused drug dealer was nabbed with a large quantity of fentanyl for sale in front of an elementary school in the region, police said. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Thursday, Feb. 1, in the City of Poughkeepsie in front of Clinton Elementary School. According to Sgt. Two alleged drug dealers off the streets following a bust by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force in collaboration with local police. The incident -- which took two illegal handguns and narcotics off the streets -- took place in Dutchess County on Thursday, Jan. 4 on Wagon Wheel Road in the town of Hyde Park, said Sgt.
