Woman's Body Found In Wooded Area In Hudson Valley Police are investigating after the body of a Black woman was found in a wooded area in the Hudson Valley. The woman's body was found in Rockland County on Wednesday, April 3, in the area of the baseball field on Dutch Lane in the village of Spring Valley. Spring Valley Police said the woman is about 60 years years old but did not provide details on how the woman, who has not yet been identified, died or where. Man Rushed To Westchester Medical Center After Jumping From Overpass A man is in critical condition after jumping from an overpass bridge in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County around 11:15 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 16 at Route 59 and Dutch Lane in Spring Valley. ID Released For 47-Year-Old Struck, Killed By Train In Hudson Valley Officials have released the identity of a person hit and killed by an MTA train in the Hudson Valley. Rockland County resident Victor Reinoso, age 47 of Haverstraw, was killed around 9:55 p.m., Monday, July 24, east of Dutch Lane in Spring Valley, according to a spokesman with the Metropolitan Transporation Authority. Person Struck By Train In Hudson Valley A person was injured after being struck by an MTA train in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27 in Spring Valley. According to MTA officials, the person was struck by a train departing Spring Valley Station at the Dutch Lane crossing. Service on the Pascack Valley Line is suspended in both directions between Spring Valley and Nanuet, officials said. Man Found Dead In Spring Valley The body of an unidentified man was discovered in Spring Valley early in the evening on Saturday, April 13, according to the Spring Valley Police Department. The body was located in a wooded area with a creek off Dutch Lane at around 6:30 p.m. No further information is currently being released, including a possible cause of death.
