If you haven't gotten your REAL ID or enhanced driver's license yet, it may be time to head to the DMV. Officials have just issued a reminder to New Yorkers that they will soon need the updated form of identification if they want to board a commercial flight using their driver's license. More than three years after a runaway limousine crashed outside a popular tourist stop in upstate New York, killing 20 people, the FBI is set to investigate the wreck. In the wake of a new Siena poll that found that about two-thirds of New Yorkers opposed New York Gov. The driver of a BMW is facing charges after he allegedly gave a false name to officers during a stop on Route 59, police say. Orangetown Police say they initiated a traffic stop in the Village of Nyack after observing the driver of a white 2013 BMW commit a traffic violation on Thursday, March 28 around 2:45 p.m. During the stop, police say the driver allegedly provided a false name and identity.
