Hudson Valley Congressman Aboard Train That Crashes, Resulting In Fatality
A U.S. Congressman from the Hudson Valley was among the GOP House members on a train carrying them to a congressional retreat that crashed into a truck Wednesday in Virginia. Rep. John Faso’s staff confirmed that the representative was unharmed in the crash, which occurred in Crozet, Virginia when an Amtrak train struck a garbage truck, according to multiple media reports. The lawmakers were on their way to a retreat at The Greenbrier in West Virginia in which President Donald Trump was scheduled to make an appearance.
