Construction Worker Struck, Killed In Goshen A 58-year-old construction worker was struck and killed by a vehicle on Route 207 in Orange County while cleaning up from a paving job, according to the New York State Police. James Demmer of Monticello was struck around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday near 3317 Route 207 in Goshen by an unidentified person driving a 2016 Journey, said New York State Police Spokesman Steven Nevel.
