A yearlong investigation into drug trafficking in the Hudson Valley led to the arrests of three alleged traffickers and four others who are facing a host of charges.

20-Year-Old Caught With Drugs, Cash After Warrant Raid In Area
An area man is facing a host of charges after a drug raid of his home led to the seizure of drugs and cash, police said.
The Town of Warwick Police Department executed a search warrant at Yeun’s Pine Island home on Glenwood Road last week, following a four-month investigation, officials said. During the search, officials seized cocaine, marijuana, and cash.
Police said that the investigation came following reports of drug sales in Pine Island. In total, more than six grams of cocaine, a half-pound of marijuana and more than $1,800 in cash was seized.

Westchester Trio Nabbed In Major Drug Ring Takedown
Three Westchester County men have been indicted on charges they operated a complex drug-dealing operation that sent tractor-trailer loads of drugs across the country.
Giovanny Arias, Victor Salazar, and Hector Maren, all of White plains, are three of 11 people indicted following a two-year investigation, said the Queens Acting District Attorney John Ryan.
According to the DA's office, the ring used long-haul truckers to transport carfentanil -- a substance 100 times more deadly than fentanyl -- in addition to heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, ketamine, and tramadol across the country.

Accused Drug Dealers Face Felony Drug Possession Charges After I-87 Stop
Two accused drug dealers are facing felony charges following a traffic stop on I-87 in the area, police say.
New York State Police initiated a traffic stop after allegedly observing a violation on I-87 in the town of Woodbury on Wednesday, Nov. 6 around 11:15 p.m.
During the interview with the driver, identified as Jose Flores, 43, of Jamaica, police say probable cause to search the vehicle was established.
Further investigation revealed that Flores and the passenger, identified as Carlos Garcia, 23, of Jamaica, were in possession of approximately 21.3 grams of cocaine, according to police…
