Support is on the rise for the family of a 25-year-old man who was killed in a crash following a high-speed police chase in Orange County last week. Phelipe Figueroa, of Otisville, was a passenger in the GMC Sierra pickup truck operated by Liam F. McNichol, 25, of Port Jervis, that New York State troopers had attempted to stop for vehicle and traffic violations on Route 9W in Newburgh, early Friday, April 25, authorities said.
