The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 37-year-old Henry Wildrick, who has moved from King Street to an apartment on Ball Street in Port Jervis.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Wildrick as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Wildrick had sexual intercourse with a non-stranger in Port Jervis in May 2003. He was convicted of third-degree rape in January the following year and sentenced to a year in local jail. He remains under the jurisdiction of the Port Jervis City Police Department.
