The Paleteria & Coffee Shop satisfies all your cravings with a cool Paleta (Latin-inspired popsicle), an espresso latte or Latin-inspired coffee. There are also light bites including a honey mustard turkey wrap and fresh baked items as well as homemade ice cream.
The shop, which opened last Thursday, is having its ribbon cutting (complete with Mayor and local dignitaries) at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, which just so happens to be National Coffee Day. To celebrate the festivities the shop, owned by husband and wife Roxana Collazo and Richard Peterson, will offer half-price paletas or a bakery item with any coffee purchase.
Store hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
