Summer 2026 Menu At Starbucks Features New Tropical Drink, Returning Favorites Starbucks is heading into summer with a colorful new Refresher and the return of horchata-inspired drinks. The coffeehouse chain revealed its summer 2026 menu in a news release on Monday, May 11. The menu launches at Starbucks stores on Tuesday, May 12. The new Tropical Butterfly Refresher features guava and passionfruit flavors, mango-pineapple flavored pearls, and a splash of butterfly pea flower infusion, which gives the drink its bright color. Customers can customize the beverage with lemonade or coconut milk, along with their preferred level of caffeine and B vitamins.
