Person Struck, Killed By SUV Overnight In Inwood Police are investigating a fatal overnight Long Island crash. A male pedestrian was struck by a 2004 Ford Explorer traveling southbound on Sheridan Boulevard in the vicinity of Nassau Avenue.   The 35-year-old man who was driving the Explorer remained at the scene.
