Years in prison await a 19-year-old man who confessed to dragging a New York State Police trooper on his ATV while attempting to flee. Rensselaer County resident Joseph Dominy, of Sand Lake, pleaded guilty to assault in Rensselaer County Court on Friday, May 31. Months after a 24-year-old hit-and-run victim was left for dead in the street, police have arrested the man they say was behind the crime.
