Capital Region Man Nabbed After Attacking Woman With Gun, Police Say A 23-year-old Capital Region man has been charged in connection with a domestic-related menacing crime in which he allegedly threatened a woman with a handgun. The incident occurred in Albany around 10:30 a.m. on South Pearl Street on Wednesday, Sept. 25. According to Albany Police, an investigation into the incident found that Teshawn Conley of Albany had been involved in a physical altercation with a woman, during which he threatened her with a handgun while a child was present. 12-Year-Old Shooter Tried Murdering Woman In Capital Region, Police Say A 12-year-old boy is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly shooting a woman in the region. Albany Police were called at around 4 p.m. Monday, May 13, for a shooting near South Pearl and Schuyler streets. They found a 43-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her arm. The victim was taken by ambulance to Albany Medical Center Hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
