Fatal Crash In Dutchess County Claims Life Of Local Woman; Alcohol Suspected, Police Say A two-car crash in Dutchess County has claimed the life of a local woman, police reported. The incident occurred at 7:05 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, near the intersection of Old Quaker Hill Road and Meeting House Road in Pawling. According to Capt. John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, upon arrival, deputies discovered Lisa M. NY Woman Killed In CT Head-On Collision That Sent 3 Teens To Hospital A 62-year-old woman was killed earlier this week in a head-on crash with an SUV in Fairfield County. Diane K. Staab, of Mahopac, New York, was identified as the victim who died in the crash, which occurred in New Fairfield on Monday, Jan. 13, shortly before 9:30 p.m., Connecticut State Police said. The crash happened on Ball Pond Road just north of Harvest Road. Staab's Jeep collided head-on with an oncoming SUV. Driver Injured After Car Overturns On Hudson Valley Roadway A driver was hospitalized following a rollover crash on a busy Hudson Valley road.  The crash happened in Putnam County on Monday afternoon, July 22, when an Acura flipped on Milltown Road in the village of Brewster near the Connecticut border, according to the Brewster Fire Department.  Arriving first responders found the driver trapped inside the vehicle and were able to free her before taking her to Danbury Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  The crash closed Milltown Road on Monday as the scene was cleared, the department said.
