Suspect Nabbed Stealing Items From Car In Handicapped Space At Supermarket in Region A Hudson Valley man was charged with alleged robbery and menacing after stealing items from a car parked in a handicapped space and then attacking a person who attempted to intervene. The incident occurred in Orange County around noon on Thursday, Aug. 29, in the parking lot of Market 32 at 39 N. Plank Road in Newburgh. According to Lt. Hudson Valley Man Nabbed For String Of Burglaries, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was nabbed for allegedly committing a string of commercial burglaries following an investigation.  Dutchess County resident Eric Mangano, age 53, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by the city of Poughkeepsie police on Tuesday, July 16. According to Lt. Sean McCarthy of the Poughkeepsie Police, Mangano was the target of an investigation for a series of burglaries throughout the city.
