A surveillance camera was rolling when a man made off with a forgotten purse at a Long Island restaurant. The incident happened in East Meadow, at the Qdoba restaurant on Hempstead Turnpike, at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. Nassau County Police said a man and woman were sitting in a booth when they saw that someone had left a brown leather purse on the seat behind them.
