Putnam Will See Soaking Rain Overnight

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Clouds and rain will make for a soggy start to the weekend in Putnam County, according to the National Weather Service.

Steady rain will move into the area after midnight with up to a quarter-inch possible. Chance of rain overnight is 80 percent. 

Showers will linger on Saturday morning before gradually clearing with a high of 59 degrees. 

Sunday will be sunny with a high in the low 60s.
