Deerpark Man Charged With Violating Sex Offender Requirements
A Level 1 sex offender has been arrested for allegedly failing to notify officials that he had moved out of state. Raymoe Storms, 43, was arrested Tuesday, April 2, by the Deerpark Police Department and charged with felony violation of the Sex Offender Registry, said Chief Richard J. Sztyndor. He was charged with a felony because this is the second time he has moved without notification, the chief said. Police: Peekskill Athlete In Trio Who Cashed Victim's $2,000 Check With Bogus Driver's License
A Peekskill athlete was among a trio of accused ID thieves thwarted -- this time by bank employees and police in New Jersey -- after they tried cashing a bogus check for $2,000 using a driver’s license they’d created from an innocent victim’s personal information, authorities said. A dog that went missing in March was reunited with her Wyckoff family on Christmas Eve. The same day that the Sterlacci family brought Bella home March 30, the pup charged into the neighbor's yard and ran. And ran. And ran.
