Suspect Caught In Killing That Led To Westchester Manhunt, Lockouts
A suspect in the fatal shooting of a woman at a Tarrytown housing complex was captured Tuesday night in Manhattan by Port Authority police as he tried to board a bus for Delaware, authorities said. Cynelle Brown, 28, was spotted by PAPD Sgt.
