Teen Charged After Hit-Run Crash Injures Three Pedestrians At Busy Intersection In Area A 17-year-old has been charged after a hit-and-run crash that injured three pedestrians at a busy intersection in the area. It happened at about 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23 in Beacon at the intersection of Route 9D and Main Street. The teen was arrested a short time later after an investigation and charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury auto accident as well as numerous other vehicle and traffic citations, Detective Sergeant Jason Johnson of the City of Beacon Police Department said.
