Two Teens Charged After Victim Shot In Head During Robbery In Area, Police Say Two teenagers have been charged after a victim was shot in the head during a robbery in the area, police said. Man Charged With Rape, Drug, Handgun Possession In Northern Westchester A 25-year-old man is behind bars after state police charged him in Northern Westchester connection with a rape investigation as well as drug and handgun possession.
