A Putnam County school district is asking for public input as it begins its search for a new superintendent. The Carmel Central School District Board of Education will hold a public superintendent search forum on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. at the George Fischer Middle School Auditorium at 281 Fair St., district officials announced. A Northern Westchester school district is asking members of the community to provide input as the district searches for a new superintendent. The Bedford Central School District Board of Education said it wants the community's input as it develops a "Superintendent Leadership Profile."
