Bridge Replacement Work Starts In Union Vale The construction project involving the replacement of two Union Vale bridges is scheduled to begin next week, the Dutchess County Department of Public Works has announced. The bridges, U-27 and U-28 on Bruzgul Road, are located over the Fishkill Creek near the intersection with Clove Valley Road. They are being replaced due to concerns regarding structural deterioration and motorist safety. The project includes the demolition of the current bridges as well as the construction of newer, wider bridges.
