$3M In Flood Relief Funds Set Aside For Hudson Valley Homeowners: Here's Who's Eligible As countless Hudson Valley residents work toward recovering from damage caused by severe flooding brought by freak storm events, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has announced that up to $3 million will be made available to help out eligible homeowners in the region.  The emergency assistance funding, which will offer repair grants to affected homeowners in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Dutchess Counties, was announced by Hochul on Wednesday, Aug. 9.  The funding will help residents repair damage caused by a severe storm system that caused widespread flooding on Sunday, July 9.&nbs…
