Local residents charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Nov. 9, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Otis L. Martin, 36, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Home Fire Displaces Four In Area Four people were left homeless after a fire ripped through their Union Vale home, making it unliveable.  The Union Vale Fire Department received notice of the fire at the home on Route 82 around 11:48 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 5, the department said. When firefighters arrived on the scene, they found a  fully involved structure fire in the attic area on the second floor of the home and a second alarm was dispatched.  All occupants made it safely out of the home once the fire began, the department said. Woman Charged With Felony DWI In Area Had Two Prior Convictions, Police Say A woman with two prior convictions has been charged with felony DWI, police say. New York State Police say Michelle Eastridge, 38, of Dover was stopped for a violation while driving on Route 82 in the town of Union Vale on Wednesday, June 19. Further investigation revealed that Eastridge was under the influence and had been driving with a suspended license, according to police.
