The Greene County incident happened Friday evening, May 17, in the Village of Catskill. Overdose Victim Found On Roadway Rescued By Wappingers Falls Police Two quick acting Wappingers Falls police officers saved the life of an opioid overdose victim by administering Narcan. The save took place around 12:24 p.m. Wednesday when officers Devin Ludwig and Mark Liebermann responded to the area of Andrews Place, a public highway located in the Village of Wappingers Falls for a report of a male down, said Lt P. Capparelli.
