Suspect In Stolen Car Nabbed On Saw Mill Parkway In Northern Westchester Westchester County Police arrested a 20-year-old man on after he was found driving a stolen car on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Northern Westchester. The suspect, identified as Keyshawn Adams, of the Bronx, was later found to be wanted on six outstanding arrest warrants lodged by three upstate police agencies, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
