The North Castle Police Department received a report shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 6, where a man reported that his children had found themselves locked inside a black Ford Escape in the parking lot of the pool. Officers notified the Armonk Garage, which sent a mechanic to assist with the rescue.
