21-Year-Old Caught Printing Pistols In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been accused of allegedly printing ghost guns using a 3-D printer after being charged with possession of a loaded firearm.  Orange County resident Noah James McCagg, age 21, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Saturday, March 25, following a foot chase by police on Front Street by Port Jervis Police. When arrested, McCagg was in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.  An investigation revealed that McCagg had created the pistol inside his Prospect Street residence using a 3-D printer, Worden said.
