Hudson Valley Drug Dealer Nabbed With 2 Kilos Of Cocaine By Drug Task Force, Police Say An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer was nabbed with two kilos of cocaine and heroin during a bust by an area Drug Task Force. Rockland County resident Darryl Wright, age 41, of Pearl River, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 24, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh.  According to Walsh, the bust came following a six-month investigation into narcotics sales in the Town of Orangetown. Woman Busted Following Investigation Into Drug Sales In Area, Police Say An area woman was busted following an investigation for alleged narcotics sales in the area. Dutchess County resident Ashley Sniffen, age 32, of Amenia, was busted on Wednesday, March 24, by the Dutchess County Drug Task and the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office following an investigation into drug sales in the Harlem Valley area, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force. Sniffen was taken into custody on Route 343 in the town of Amenia and was found to be in possession of more than 140 bags of heroin/fentanyl and several rocks of crack cocaine, Tasciotti …

Three Sentenced For Murder Of Area Teen The members of a Middletown gang calling itself "Coke Wave," were sentenced to state prison for the shooting death of a man in a rival gang. The three were sentenced by Orange County Court Judge William DeProspo in connection with August 17, 2017, shooting death of Coree White in the City of Middletown. All three defendants had pleaded guilty on September 28, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
