A 44-year-old woman will spend nearly a decade behind bars after she and a co-conspirator followed a woman home from a Westchester grocery store, pulled a gun on her and robbed her. Man Admits To Northern Westchester Home Invasion After Following Victim From Store
A 79-year-old man has admitted to acting as a getaway driver after he and a co-conspirator followed a woman home from a Westchester grocery store, pulled a gun on her and robbed her. Manhattan resident Philip Budin pleaded not guilty to second-degree attempted robbery, a violent felony, for his role in a burglary in Chappaqua last year. Female Suspect Apprehended In Westchester Home Invasion
A 43-year-old woman has been sent to jail without bail after being apprehended in connection with a home invasion that occurred in broad daylight late October in Northern Westchester. The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 p.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at a home on Pond Hill Road in Chappaqua, when the suspect entered an occupied home with what appeared to be a firearm and forcibly stole property, New Castle Police said.
